There are different ways you can pay for your Ringsgo.com orders:

Paying by credit card is safe, easy and convenient at Ringsgo.com. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

All your credit card details are securely stored by Motopay and not Ringsgo.com. Paying by Credit Card through Motopay is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.

Note: Ringsgo.com does not store or review your credit card information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact Motopay or your credit card company for assistance. Ringsgo.com cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.

4.Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Why was my order cancelled? / Why did you refund my payment?

If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment. Generally, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss with you, but if we can not get in touch with you in 5 days after we receive your payment, we will have to refund for you. As we think, it is our responsibility to ship out your order in time.

5.Western Union/Bank Transfer fee

Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?

No,they are not free.

You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to Ringsgo.com by Western Union/Bank Transfer.

If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Ringsgo.com order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.

Ringsgo.com pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.

If you pay by western union, you need to go to a western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. Please submit the amount including transfer fee.
